We go to the doctor, nail & hair salon, gym, and massage appointments as part of our self-care plan.  Conversations Create Change LLC™ was created because the founder believes regular talk therapy should be part of your overall wellness.  When your mind is free of fear, anxiety, stress & pain, you are more likely to be your authentic self; able to make intentional choices to create meaningful change in your life.

All our therapists are experienced clinicians with over a decade of experience with individuals, couples and family.  Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); trauma-informed, child-centered play therapy and mindfulness strategies.
