What Can I Go To Therapy For?

There are many reasons to go to therapy, here are just a few:

This list is not inclusive.  You can truly go to therapy for whatever you want.  Sometimes the initial reason that brings you to therapy is not the journey you end up going on and that’s OK too.  The most important thing is realizing and acknowledging you need some support and there are many qualified therapists out there to best support you.  This is a big decision and we are glad you made it.
