You are Enough; I am Enough

Sometimes there is not much you can say to yourself that will make things better.

When you don’t know what to say…let me remind you of this: You are enough. And when you don’t believe this…let me remind you again: You are enough.

When that is not enough…repeat this to yourself over and over again.

AM

ENOUGH.

And then repeat again: I am enough. I am enough. I am enough.

Sometimes saying this can be enough…and when it is not…please reach out to the crisis line, 911, a family member, a friend, a colleague and your therapist.
